Your personal data is stored and transmitted securely in a variety of paper and electronic formats, including databases that are shared between the Cainta LGU and its different units or offices. Unless otherwise provided by law or by appropriate policies, we will retain your relevant personal data indefinitely for historical and statistical purposes.

The only people able to access data covered by this policy are those covered under this policy and whose functions necessarily require them to access such data for purposes not contrary to law, public policy, public orders or morals. Rest assured that our use of your personal data will not be excessive.

All employees and personnel of the LGU Cainta shall maintain the confidentiality and secrecy of all personal data that come to their knowledge and possession, even after resignation, termination of contract, or other contractual relations. Personal data under the custody of the LGU Cainta shall be disclosed only pursuant to a lawful purpose, and to authorized recipients of such data.

I hereby acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the terms and conditions in processing my personal data for purposes of my application for the issuance of a Business Permit. I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data for the selected purposes, and agree that the Cainta LGU may collect, store, process and use the personal data I have provided. My data will only be processed for any purpose beyond those specified if required by law.
